The integration of web technology in exam assessment in the Doctoral Program in Education Science is based on the urgent need for digital transformation in education today. The main objective of this study is to explore the challenges and opportunities of implementing a web-based assessment system, as well as to understand the perceptions of lecturers and students towards the adoption of this technology. Using a qualitative method through needs analysis, data was collected through participatory observation and semi-structured interviews with faculty members and students. Thematic analysis of the interview transcripts revealed several key findings: the system is driven by a vision of improving academic quality, transparency, and accountability in the evaluation process. However, its implementation faces significant challenges such as infrastructure limitations, variations in digital literacy, and academic cultural resistance. The impact on students is highly positive, providing academic certainty, administrative efficiency, and psychological well-being through a transparent assessment process and documented feedback. In conclusion, the development of this web-based assessment system has great potential to enhance the efficiency and quality of academic processes; however, it requires a comprehensive strategy to address technical, human resource, and cultural barriers for adaptive and sustainable implementation.

Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles. Exceptions are permitted but have to be justified in a written public statement accompanying the article.
Datasets and software should be deposited and permanently archived inappropriate, trusted, general, or domain-specific repositories (please consult http://service.re3data.org and/or software repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, Bioinformatics.org, or equivalent). The associated persistent identifiers (e.g. DOI, or others) of the dataset(s) must be included in the data or software resources section of the article. Reference(s) to datasets and software should also be included in the reference list of the article with DOIs (where available). Where no domain-specific data repository exists, authors should deposit their datasets in a general repository such as ZENODO, Dryad, Dataverse, or others.
Small data may also be published as data files or packages supplementary to a research article, however, the authors should prefer in all cases a deposition in data repositories.
