Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Matematika Berbasis Simulasi Video Otomasi Industri Menggunakan Software HMI Cx-One

Abstract

ABSTRAK


 


Salah satu upaya mewujudkan link and math SMK program studi Kimia Industri dengan revolusi industri 4.0 adalah penggunaan HMI (Human Machine Interface) otomasi industri dalam media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan, kelayakan, dan keefektifan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis video simulasi otomasi industri menggunakan software HMI Cx-One. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D dengan model 4D yaitu dengan tahap define, design, development, dan disseminate. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 36 peserta didik kelas X SMKN 1 Panjatan Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode anket dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan adalan lembar validasi media dan materi, angket respon guru dan peserta didik serta lembar tes hasil belajar. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif yaitu kelayakan media, dan keefektifan media melalui analisis respon peserta didik dan hasil tes. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses pengembangan media pembelajaran matematika berbantuan simulasi video otomasi industri menggunakan software CX-One  dengan tahap  define, design, dan development. Media pembelajaran dikatakan memenuhi kriteruia kelayakan karena validasi ahli media dengan persentase 96,3% dan ahli materi dengan presentase 88,57%. Sedangkan media telah memenuhi unsur efektif karena respon guru memperoleh 88% atau sangat baik dan respon peserta memperoleh 88,67% atau sangat baik. Pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi perbandingan meningkat dengan nilai gain sebesar 0,59 atau kategori sedang.

One of the efforts to realize the link and math of the SMK Industrial Chemistry study program with the 4.0 industrial revolution is the use of industrial automation HMI (Human Machine Interface) in learning media. This study aims to determine the development process, feasibility, and effectiveness of the industrial automation simulation video based mathematics learning media using the Cx-One HMI. This research is an R & D research with a 4D model, namely the stages of define, design, development, and disseminate. The research subjects were 36 students of class X SMKN 1 Panjatan Yogyakarta. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and tests. The instruments used were media and material validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires and learning outcome test sheets. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, namely the feasibility of the media, and the effectiveness of the media through analysis of student responses and test results. The result of this research is the process of developing mathematics learning media based on industrial automation simulation video using HMI CX-One software with the stages of define, design, and development. Learning media is said to meet the eligibility criteria because the validation of media experts obtained 96.3% and material experts obtained 88.57%. While the media has fulfilled the effective element because the teacher's response got 88% or very good and the students' response got 88.67% or very good. Students understanding of the comparison material increase with a gain value of 0.59 or in medium category.
