PELATIHAN GURU DALAM PENDIDIKAN KESIAPSIAGAAN BENCANA YANG INKLUSIF DI SEKOLAH LUAR BIASA

Guru memiliki peran kunci dalam memastikan keselamatan para siswa selama bencana, namun, untuk menjalankan peran ini dengan efektif, mereka memerlukan pemahaman mendalam tentang pendidikan pengurangan risiko bencana yang inklusif. Peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus dan disabilitas merupakan kelompok yang paling beresiko dalam bencana. Pelatihan pendidikan kesiapsiagaan bencana yang inklusif bagi guru bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam merancang program pembelajaran yang inklusif terkait kesiapsiagaan bencana di Sekolah Luar Biasa. Melalui metode partisipatif dengan pendekatan andragogy, guru-guru dilatih untuk menyusun program pembelajaran individual, dan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik disabilitas. Pelatihan juga mencakup penyusunan skenario simulasi gempa bumi yang inklusif, di mana peserta belajar untuk merancang jalur evakuasi yang aman dan aksesibel serta merespon kebutuhan siswa dengan berbagai jenis disabilitas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan guru terkait kesiapsiagaan bencana yang inklusif, dibuktikan dengan produk perangkat pembelajaran yang dihasilkan selama pelatihan. Pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk memperkuat kesiapsiagaan bencana di sekolah.
