This study aims to analyze and explore the role of Leadership Strategy as a key catalyst in accelerating the digital transformation process and business adaptation in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. MSME digital transformation is often hampered by limited capital, cultural resistance, and the lack of a clear Digital Roadmap, and this study argues that these failures are rooted in inadequate leadership strategies. Using a Qualitative approach with a Case Study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, with the determination of key informants through Purposive Sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that strategic leadership creates Dynamic Capabilities through two main pillars: a Digital Vision Strategy that directs technology investment towards value creation, and an Adaptive Leadership Strategy that fosters an organizational culture that dares to take risks in innovation and focuses on speed of execution (Agile Leadership). This strategy is crucial for managing internal resistance and effectively translating technology into competitive advantage. In conclusion, an adaptive and visionary Leadership Strategy is the most important independent variable in determining the success of MSME Business Transformation and Adaptation. The contribution of this study is to present a conceptual model of specific leadership roles to address the resource limitations of Indonesian MSMEs.
