Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Melalui PBL pada Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi
Abstract
There are several factors that make the quality of education
relatively low, including the diversity of students who are not facilitated properly and the effectiveness of education is still lacking. Success in the world of education is inseparable from the teaching and learning process and learning strategies that are varied and interesting. The selection of the learning model must be adjusted to the characteristics of the material, the characteristics of the students, the facilities available, and the condition of the teacher. The learning model that can be an alternative to overcome the low learning outcomes of students is the Problem Based Learning learning model. In addition to learning models, teachers can apply differentiated learning to facilitate students' learning needs. The purpose of this research is to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through the application of Problem Based Learning in process differentiation learning. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were grade 7 – A students at SMP Negeri 25 Gresik. Data collection techniques using observation methods, and tests. The results of the data are then analyzed. The results of this study indicate that the application of problem-based learning to differentiated learning can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes.
