ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN PEGAWAI BERDASARKAN PETA JABATAN PADA BADAN KESATUAN BANGSA DAN POLITIK KABUPATEN SITUBONDO
Abstract
The aim of this research is to provide an overview and explain the analysis of employee needs at Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik. The duties, principals and functions of each employee are carried out in accordance with the description of the available position analysis. Analysis of available positions is adjusted to the position map that describes the situation at Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik. In the job analysis there is a job description, work results, completion time and employee needs which are used as guidelines by each employee in carrying out their main tasks on a daily basis. This research explains employee needs based on job maps using qualitative research methods. The steps taken in this method include observation, interviews and documentation. By applying this method, it is hoped that Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik can analyze the actual employee needs in completing work Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik because the workload in an agency should be balanced with the number of employees available. This workload has been explained in the analysis of each position. employees in which are based on previously planned position maps.
