Abstract

Ban Non Sawan School Under the Office of Elementary Education Service Area, office 2, is a medium-sized educational institution with 311 students, 23 teachers and educational personnel, providing 3 levels of education, namely pre-primary grades 2-3, primary school grades 1-6 and Secondary level 1-3, there are service areas in 2 villages, namely Ban Non Sawan Village No. 3 and Baan Soon Pattana Village, Village No. 6, Pha Sam Yot Sub- district, Erawan District, Loei Province,Thailand. The study was conducted to study the reasons, necessities, problems, needs, and importance of innovative design concepts. consistent with policies and laws at various levels Briefly as follows
For students to learn continuously Teachers have performed their teaching duties according to the position standards.and duties, parents and all stakeholders receive information and help reflect the results of work Therefore, an innovation in educational institution management has been created in the management of blended teaching and learning (Blended) that is exemplary. In the situation of the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) with NON SAWAN MODEL, the innovator has taken into account the objectives Achievement goals that align with problematic conditions and development needs clear operation Measure and evaluate effectively as follows:
