The utilization of digital learning media and classroom management has become an important issue in education because technological changes demand that teachers be able to create interactive, orderly, and student-needs-appropriate learning. This research aims to describe teachers' strategies in utilizing digital learning media and managing classrooms to ensure an effective learning process. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages. The results show that teachers utilize digital media through the use of learning videos, interactive presentations, learning applications, and online communication platforms. These strategies help increase students' attention, participation, and understanding. In classroom management, teachers implement clear learning rules, positive reinforcement, interaction regulation, and monitoring of student activities during learning. These findings contribute to the development of more directed digital learning practices integrated with classroom management. In conclusion, the success of digital media utilization is not only determined by the availability of technology but also by the teacher's ability to design learning and maintain classroom order. Further research is suggested to examine the effectiveness of these strategies at different educational levels and subjects.
