Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis proses penerimaan dan penyaluran sarana dan prasarana di SMAN Mumbulsari Jember, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang memengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaannya. Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan merupakan komponen penting dalam menunjang mutu pembelajaran dan keberlangsungan proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penerimaan sarana dan prasarana di SMAN Mumbulsari telah mengikuti prosedur administrasi yang ditetapkan, namun dalam penyalurannya masih terdapat kendala dalam hal distribusi dan pemanfaatan. Faktor pendukung dalam pengelolaan meliputi adanya tim manajemen sarana yang responsif dan keterlibatan kepala sekolah dalam proses pengawasan, sedangkan faktor penghambat mencakup keterbatasan anggaran, keterlambatan pengadaan, serta kurangnya pelatihan teknis bagi tenaga pengelola. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya evaluasi berkala dan penguatan sistem manajemen logistik pendidikan agar proses penerimaan dan penyaluran sarana dan prasarana dapat berjalan secara optimal dan merata.

Abstract
This study aims to describe and analyze the processes of receiving and distributing educational facilities and infrastructure at SMAN Mumbulsari Jember, as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the effectiveness of their management. Educational facilities and infrastructure are essential components in supporting the quality of learning and the sustainability of the educational process. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the receiving process of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN Mumbulsari follows the established administrative procedures; however, several challenges remain in the distribution and utilization phases. Supporting factors in the management include a responsive facilities management team and the active involvement of the school principal in supervision. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include budget limitations, delays in procurement, and insufficient technical training for managing staff. These findings highlight the importance of regular evaluation and strengthening of educational logistics systems to ensure that the processes of receiving and distributing educational facilities and infrastructure operate optimally and equitably.
