Abstract

Generation Z is faced with the challenges of an era of disruption in which academic ability alone is no longer enough to compete. A combination of competencies between strong leadership skills and innovative entrepreneurial thinking, or what is known as Leaderpreneur, is needed. The main objective of this community service program is to foster a visionary and character-building entrepreneurial mindset in students. The activities were carried out using the Experiential Learning and Participatory Action Learning approaches, which consisted of interactive material delivery, group workshops, and simulation practices. These activities specifically integrated prophetic leadership values (the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad) into modern entrepreneurial practices. The activity was successfully implemented with a 100% participation rate. Quantitatively, data analysis showed a significant increase in knowledge, with an average post-test score increase of 71% from the pre-test. Qualitatively, there was a noticeable improvement in the affective aspect; students showed higher self-efficacy and courage to perform in the Pitching Battle session. The main impact was the creation of an applicable and contextual Leaderpreneurship learning model prototype for SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Gresik, laying the foundation for the development of Islamic value-based entrepreneurial character in the younger generation.
