This study aims to analyze the incompatibility between the planning and realization of aluminum production at PT Indoaluminium Intikarsa Industri, especially in Time Between Coil (TBC) activities that have the potential to cause production delays. The research uses a quantitative approach with a case study method through observation, time study, interviews, and documentation of production data. The data was analyzed using cycle time calculations, normal time, and standard time. The results showed that TB downtime was the dominant factor causing production delays, with a compatibility rate between the standard time and the actual time of 90%–100%. These findings can be used as a basis for evaluation to improve production process efficiency and control of working time. Thus, the time study method has proven to be effective in identifying the sources of inefficiencies and supporting increased compatibility between planning and production realization.
