Background – Islamic boarding schools gacorqq play a strategic role in shaping the character and knowledge of their students. Student satisfaction is a key indicator of the quality of educational services.
Objective – This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, service attitude, and responsiveness of teaching staff on student satisfaction at the Mujahidin Bandung Lor Islamic Boarding School, Jombang.
Design/Methodology/Approach – This type of research was quantitative. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, involving 138 Islamic boarding school respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS.
Findings – The results show that teaching staff competence and service attitude have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction, while responsiveness is the most dominant variable. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence student satisfaction.
Research Implication – This study emphasizes the importance of improving the competence, service attitude, and responsiveness of teaching staff in improving the quality of Islamic boarding school education services.
Limitations – The research was only conducted at one Islamic boarding school so the findings cannot be generalized widely.
