Abstract
Background –Islamic boarding schools gacorqq play a strategic role in shaping the character and knowledge of their students. Student satisfaction is a key indicator of the quality of educational services.
Objective –This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, service attitude, and responsiveness of teaching staff on student satisfaction at the Mujahidin Bandung Lor Islamic Boarding School, Jombang.
Design/Methodology/Approach –This type of research was quantitative. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, involving 138 Islamic boarding school respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS.
Findings –The results show that teaching staff competence and service attitude have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction, while responsiveness is the most dominant variable. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence student satisfaction.
Research Implication – This study emphasizes the importance of improving the competence, service attitude, and responsiveness of teaching staff in improving the quality of Islamic boarding school education services.
Limitations –The research was only conducted at one Islamic boarding school so the findings cannot be generalized widely.
