The implementation of bilingual learning in International Class Programs (ICP) requires teachers to possess adequate competencies in integrating subject content and English language instruction. However, many non-English subject teachers still experience difficulties in applying bilingual teaching effectively. This community service program aimed to strengthen teachers' competence in implementing the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approach at SMP Muhammadiyah 12 GKB Gresik. The program involved 15 teachers and employed Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and practical workshop methods. The activities included needs analysis, CLIL training, lesson plan development, classroom practice, and evaluation. The results showed that teachers gained a better understanding of the CLIL framework, particularly the 4C components (Content, Communication, Cognition, and Culture). Furthermore, participants were able to design bilingual lesson plans and demonstrate CLIL-based teaching practices. The program contributed positively to enhancing teachers’ professional competence and supporting the implementation of bilingual education in the school.
