This study aims to assess the effect of giving different doses of multi-cell and vitamin C in commercial feed on the growth of catfish (Pangasius hypopthalmus). This study is expected to provide guidance for optimizing harvest results from fish farming activities. This study uses the analysis method of normality test in SPSS, homogeneity test of variance, analysis of variance and Least Significant Difference (LSD). Treatment A = Multi-cell probiotic (0) and vitamin C (0) (Control Treatment) is in the range of 15.32-17.21. The mean is 14.1133 and sd 0.68963, Treatment B = Multi-cell probiotic (2 ppm) and vitamin C (150) gr/kg feed is in the range of 22.76-24.83. The average is 21.5733 and sd is 0.74307, Treatment C = Multi Cell Probiotic (4 ppm) feed and Vitamin C 150 gr/kg feed is in the range of 25.21-26.75. The average is 23.8883 and sd is 0.59040, Treatment D = Multi Cell Probiotic (6 ppm) ml/kg feed and Vitamin C 150 gr/kg feed is in the range of 27.24-28.23. The average is 25.8017 and sd is 0.40137. The results of water quality parameter measurements include: water temperature: 28.2 0C -28.8 0C, water pH: 7.8-9 and Dissolved Oxygen (DO): 5.7-9 ppm. The administration of Multi Cell Probiotics (6 ppm) ml/kg feed and Vitamin C 150 gr/kg feed (treatment D) gave the highest absolute weight of catfish seeds of 23.8883 gr.
