Abstract

Increased ammonia gas pollution which affects the health of quail become disturbed. In the handling carried out by breeders until now. This still uses simple procedures, so it gives rise to several problems such as carelessness in cleaning up dirt and not knowing ammonia gas levels. The design that will be made can clean up dirt quail automatically if the ammonia gas level exceeds 30 PPM so Quail health is better and breeders can detect ammonia gas a safe distance to avoid respiratory problems. This tool is intended to turn manual cleaning into programmed with a tool that can try to clean quail droppings automatically every time ammonia gas exceeding 30 PPM combined with water spraying cleaning disinfectant and programmed temperature control when the temperature inside the cage exceeds 27° C the dc fan turns on and the light turns off then vice versa, with using Arduino Uno as a microcontroller, ESP-01 as a connection Wireless with cell phone, MQ-135 sensor to read ammonia gas levels, sensor DHT22 to read the temperature in the cage, ultrasonic sensor to determine cleaning water tank capacity, blynk application to display ammonia gas levels and can show the number of cleanings for quail cages at that distance safe, and a conveyor belt to move quail droppings.
