Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang memerlukan perhatian karena dapat berlangsung tanpa gejala yang khas dan meningkatkan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Kegiatan Cek Kesehatan Gratis dilaksanakan sebagai upaya memberikan akses pemeriksaan kesehatan sekaligus mendukung deteksi dini tekanan darah tinggi pada masyarakat Dusun Kajorwetan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara luring pada Rabu, 12 Agustus 2026 pukul 20.00–23.00 WIB di Lapangan Voli RT 06 Dusun Kajorwetan. Sebanyak 33 peserta mengikuti rangkaian pemeriksaan yang meliputi pengukuran tinggi badan, berat badan, lingkar pinggang, tekanan darah, gula darah sewaktu, dan skrining kesehatan. Hasil pemeriksaan tekanan darah menunjukkan 7 peserta berada pada kategori optimal, 16 peserta kategori normal, 7 peserta hipertensi tahap 1, 2 peserta hipertensi tahap 2, dan 1 peserta hipertensi tahap 3. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan memperoleh partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Kegiatan memberikan gambaran awal mengenai kondisi tekanan darah peserta dan menjadi sarana edukasi mengenai pentingnya pemeriksaan kesehatan secara berkala. Peserta dengan hasil tekanan darah di luar batas normal diarahkan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan ulang dan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.
