This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and skills to cooperative administrators under the guidance of the Economic and Manpower Council of the 'Aisyiyah Regional Board of Gresik Regency. There are seven targeted cooperatives. These seven cooperatives need to improve their management skills in managing cooperatives with good governance, including transparency, accountability, participation, fairness, and independence. In addition to governance, cooperative administrators need to improve their capacity in business innovation. This series of community service activities began with observations and interviews to explore the field, map potential and problems, conduct training on cooperative governance and business innovation, and provide mentoring. A pre-test was conducted before the training, with an average score of "fair." After the training series, a post-test was administered using the same assessment aspects. The post-test results showed significant improvements in both governance and business development and innovation, as evidenced by an average score of "very good." The next step was to provide online mentoring through WhatsApp group consultations and offline sessions, providing opportunities for the administrators of the assisted cooperatives to consult with the community service providers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Gresik.
