Principles of Law in International Contracts

Abstract

International buying and selling activities are always developing along with the many needs that must be met by each country, it is undeniable that this also causes many international business disputes to arise. However, in carrying out the settlement, several countries were constrained by confusion in carrying out the settlement because each country had its own policies in carrying out the settlement. For this reason, this study aims to provide knowledge about international business contract regulations and their principles. This journal is a legal journal that uses primary and secondary legal sources. By using the technique of collecting legal materials, namely library research. it can be concluded that the principles of international contracts in Indonesia have approved (ratified) the UNIDROIT agreement. If there are problems and international contracts in Indonesia, you can use the principle settlement contained in UNIDROIT.
