Penguatan Karakter Kewirausahaan pada SMK Nurul Islam Gresik

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this activity is to strengthen the entrepreneurial character of prospective SMK Nuris graduates so that they become job creators rather than merely job seekers, able to absorb the local workforce, and help reduce unemployment in Gresik Regency.

Design/Methodology/Approach - This series of community service activities began with observations and interviews for field exploration, data analysis, implementation of entrepreneurial character strengthening training, and concluded with an evaluation of the activities

Findings – The results of the activity indicate that 55% of training participants demonstrated a strengthening of their entrepreneurial character based on the evaluation.

Originality/Value - The strengthening of entrepreneurial character among vocational high school students is evident in the diverse entrepreneurial fields formulated in the participants' plans, including various culinary fields and services such as motor vehicles and air conditioning repair, which have high market in Gresik Regency.
