Local government partner institutions, including neighborhood associations (RT) and community associations (RW), have a wide range of activities to undertake. Similarly, various tasks and obligations require each implementer to carry them out. Potential problems faced by partners include the lack of socialization or provision of knowledge on how to manage neighborhood association (RT)/community association (RW) finances, and the low soft skills of neighborhood association (RT)/community association (RW) administrators, leading to inefficient implementation of financial management within the neighborhood association (RT) and financial reporting, which negatively impacts financial management. This community service program aims to provide knowledge on how to implement sound financial management. This community service activity was conducted with the administrators of RT 33, RW 06, Griya Artha Sepatan Housing Complex, Tangerang Regency. Participants participated in community service activities. The training resulted in the participants being able to structure and organize monthly cash income and expenditures. Another benefit gained by the training was the ability to see the flow of funds allocated by activity item each month.
