Upaya Peningkatan Keaktifan Belajar Peserta Didik Melalui Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi Berbantuan Media Konkret
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbantuan media konkret di kelas IX SMPN 4 Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena mengetahui peserta didik kelas IX SMPN 4 Sidoarjo yang pasif pada saat pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu perlu solusi agar keaktifan peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan, diantaranya menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbantuan media konkret. Media pembelajaran konkret merupakan salah satu alat bantu mengajar yang dapat digunakan oleh guru agar dapat meningkatkan semangat dan minat belajar peserta didik sehingga peserta didik terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas IX C SMP Negeri 4 Sidoarjo tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 yang terdiri dari 35 peserta didik. Prosedur penelitianya yaitu, plan, do, see, refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan instrument penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi keaktifan belajar.
Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berdasarkan proses berbantuan media konkret dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik kelas IX-C, yaitu 40% peserta didik aktif belajar berkategori minimal sedang pada pra siklus, menjadi 62,68% pada siklus 1, dan 71,43% pada siklus 2..
