Evaluasi OEE dan Six Big Losses pada Mesin CNC Cutting Industri Konstruksi Manufaktur CV Karya Utama Teknik

Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas operasi mesin CNC Cutting pada CV Karya Utama Teknik Gresik dalam pemotongan plat baja untuk komponen konstruksi manufaktur. Data yang digunakan meliputi data produksi pemotongan, rework/gross product, serta jam kerja dan downtime selama 11 bulan. Evaluasi kinerja dilakukan dengan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang dihitung dari Availability Ratio, Performance Efficiency, dan Rate of Quality (ROQ). Hasil menunjukkan nilai OEE bulanan 57,43%–77,44% dengan rata-rata 68,49%, sehingga efektivitas mesin masih pada kategori standar dan memerlukan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Analisis Six Big Losses menunjukkan total downtime 350,11 jam, didominasi Setup and Adjustment Losses 179,19 jam (51,18%) dan Idling and Minor Stoppages 125,91 jam (35,96%), sedangkan Breakdown Losses 45,01 jam (12,86%). Prioritas perbaikan diarahkan pada pengurangan waktu setup, pengendalian shutdown terjadwal, serta efisiensi pencucian mesin.
