Model Simulasi Hibrida untuk Koordinasi Logistik Kemanusiaan pada Bencana Banjir

Efektivitas koordinasi antaraktor dalam logistik kemanusiaan menjadi tantangan utama, terutama pada situasi darurat seperti bencana alam. Kompleksitas sistem distribusi bantuan sering kali menimbulkan konflik dan pemborosan sumber daya apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Sebagian besar organisasi kemanusiaan masih berfokus pada pemetaan risiko banjir dan pemodelan aset secara terpisah tanpa analisis koordinasi yang menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai efektivitas koordinasi antaraktor melalui simulasi ekspedisi pascabanjir dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan Agent-Based Simulation (ABS) dan System Dynamics (SD). Integrasi kedua metode ini menggabungkan pendekatan bottom-up dan top-down untuk membentuk model hibrida yang memungkinkan pertukaran informasi antar subsistem. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa model hibrida ABM–SD dapat meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi bantuan, mempercepat waktu tanggap, mengurangi kelebihan stok di pusat distribusi, serta menekan tingkat penderitaan korban terdampak bencana.
