Abstract

This study aims to improve warehouse material management efficiency at PT. Dharma Agung Wijaya through item arrangement using the OWL material code system. The main issues were prolonged stock opname times and difficulty locating items due to unstructured storage. The method involved a Suggestion System approach and Statistical Process Control (SPC), analyzing Upper and Lower Control Limits (UCL-LCL). Results showed stock opname time reduced from 6.16 to 3.07 minutes per sample. The coefficient of variation dropped from 9.9% to 5.5%, indicating improved process stability. Productivity nearly doubled. The OWL-based system significantly improved warehouse inventory accuracy, process consistency, and operational efficiency.
